This video shows what happens when you hire the wrong wood floor finishing contractor. Contractors are supposed to sand the wood floor many times with the grit paper getting finer and finer with each pass. Furthermore, the mechanical edger and floor machines must be calibrated with each pass. Finally, the sanded wood flooring needs to be property prepared, stained, sealed, and varnished.
