Thermography

Infrared Imaging

CALL MARKO E. VOVK FROM AMBASSADOR CONSTRUCTION CONSULTANTS, INC. AT 216-431-TEST.

Please look at the 40 Thermal Images below. Many of these images came from actual forensic files, building science reports, home inspection reports, moisture mapping reports and Marko’s Photo collection.

Infrared Thermography is one of many of Marko Vovk’s predictive and preventative maintenance services designed to help his customers. Infrared Thermography investigations save time and money through early detection of electrical, mechanical, roofing, moisture, insulation, condensation, and many other residential commercial related problems.

Marko has taken over 50,000 infrared images during his building investigations. By taking this many images, he has been able to understand differential temperatures and what they mean. This knowledge and experience enhance the home inspection, forensic investigation, and moisture mapping inspection.

Thermography is the leading technology in residential home inspections, moisture inspections, microbial inspections, and forensic investigations. Marko and Ambassador bring this technology to the table. Being the only Building Science Engineers in the Cleveland market, we are knowledgeable about all building conditions and are capable of applying this technology to the industry. We are pioneers in this field and have become a leading authority.

MOLD AND MOISTURE MAPPING
(FORENSIC MOISTURE INVESTIGATION)
Infrared Moisture Mapping Surveys can help in locating areas that have the potential for mold growth. Thermal and moisture mapping will quickly identify cooler areas behind dry wall, paneling, and walls that are susceptible to interstitial condensation from high humidity. High humidity is the outcome of moisture events such as leaking plumbing, leaking roofs, leaking windows, leaking doors, furnace humidifiers, winter condensation, overflows, foundation wall leaks, crawl space leaks, floors that lack vapor barriers, floods, depressurization, and much more. In cases of leakage, overflow, or flooding, moisture mapping surveys can help in developing a cost effective strategy for remediation / abatement. By finding target areas, remediation or abatement can be conducted to only areas that need immediate attention. This could save thousands of dollars in remediation costs to insurers and building owners. It can also ensure that the building has been properly dried before reconstruction is performed.
