Home Inspector Gets Electrocuted

Home Inspector Gets Electrocuted
Home Inspector Marko Vovk gets electrocuted when trying to move down wires. He should have paid attention to the caution tape that the electric utility company put up. You should never touch or go near down, damaged, hanging or dandling wires. This is dangerous. You can be shocked and even electrocuted. The Cleveland Ohio Home Inspector will never do that again.

Condominium Real-Estate Home Inspector Rusted Steel Failure

Condominium Real-Estate Home Inspector Rusted Steel Failure. A nice family with two little children lived in a two story condominium located above a concrete and structural steel parking garage that was becoming structurally unsound and had the potential to collapse. A home inspector was employed by a nice lady to inspect the condominium that was located next door to this very nice family. The home inspector noticed that the exterior trench drains that were located at all the exterior common areas were rather small. The inspector insisted on inspecting the lower level common parking garage. While in the parking garage, the inspector noticed that upper level common area trench drains leaked and has caused severe rusting, corrosion and damaged to the structural steel the holds up all four of the condominiums. The home inspector also wondered what was happening to other parking garages in this same complex. The inspector informed the nice lady that building collapse or failure was possible if these conditions were not repaired. The nice lady called the condominium association board members which consisted mostly of retired elders. These elders stated, that nothing was wrong with their parking garage and that all the garage leaks were being properly controlled with plastic. The nice lady decided that the structural steel is going to kill this deal so her bough a different condominium at different complex the home inspector made and additional $325 dollars. The moral of the story is, home inspectors who find more house problems make more money. You are probably wondering what ever happed to the nice family with two little children, so are we because we have absolutly no clue. The End. Please rate and subscribe.

Vacant House

Vacant House Once upon time, a nice family owned a big house in the country. The mom and dad were so busy raising their kids that they did not have time or money leftover to maintain and fix the big house. After the kids were gone, the mansion was too big and needed too much work, so they sold the home to a young couple and moved into a small assisted living condominium. The real estate agent told this young couple that all this home needed was a little bit of tender loving care. The young couple soon found out that love does not fix plumbing or basement leaks and the young couple soon ran out of money. The bank repossessed the home and turned off the utilities. Several years later, an investor that went to a “No money down seminar” bought the house from the bank and started to rehabilitate it. He put in many new Pella windows and started repairing the home. After a coupled of months, he needed more money. He went back to the bank for more money and the bank Nazi said “No More Money for you”. He went to five more banks and none all would give him money because the banks no longer lend out risky money to investors. The house stood empty for the next 7 years. The woodpeckers pecked, the birds chirp and mice reproduced. They one day a Chicago law firm started up a Class Action Lawsuit against Pella windows because Pella Proline Windows were rotting all over the country. The investor signed up and now is waiting to collect his pennies on a dollar. The End.
Ok, so I made up this entire story. I have no clue what happened at this house. Thank you this has been short stories by Marko Vovk from http://

Red Ants Attack Old Lady

One upon a time there was an old woman who had a compulsive disorder of keeping and collecting things. She kept paper products, books, boxes, empty food cartons and more. Her one story slab home was so cluttered, that she only had small narrow pathways that lead to the bathroom, kitchen, and living room where she shared her couch with several small pets. For many years, she complained of always being bitten by ants. She hired pest companies every year that would unsuccessfully spray pesticides on the exterior of her home. Finally, one day her siblings called a home inspector to investigate. The home inspector found that all the underground slab ductwork was filled 50% with sand. The home inspector also found thousands and thousands of dead red ants throughout the home. Finally, the home inspector found “kibbles-n-bits” and “Purina-Cat-Chow” under the concrete kitchen floor slab and inside the supply ductwork. Apparently, the older women’s idea of cleaning her home was sweeping the “kibbles n bits” and “Purina Cat Chow”, from the kitchen floor into the under slab supply heat ductwork. Millions of red ants were living under her home, under the concrete slab, and under each room of her home. These red ants removed sand that existed under the concrete floor so they could make their nests and galleries. These red ants move each grain of sand into the ductwork until the under slab ductworks was filled 50% with sand. The ants would leave there nests and travel to the kitchen though the 50% sand filled under slab ducts to eat kibbles-n-bits and Purina-cat-chow. There you have it, the “Indoor-Red-Ant-Eco-System”. Hot Tub Jacuzzi Problem Problems

Hot Tub Jacuzzi problem problems. Hello, this is Marko Vovk from <a href="http://
www.houseinvetigaions.com.” >www.houseinvetigaions.com.
The biggest kept secret in glammer bathrooms is the floatable black particulate scum that comes out of the Jacuzzi tub jests when they are turned on. This nasty condition probably exists with 75 % of all the Jacuzzi or whirl pool tub.. When you drain the Jacuzzi or whirlpool tub, some water usually gets trapped inside the plumbing jets. This trapped water is dirty with body skin, hair, mucus, saliva, body sweat, and much more. These containments are actually nutrients for the Jacuzzi Snots and Jacuzzi Boogers to thrive, grow and amplify inside the jet plumbing pipes. Then you fill up the tub up with nice warm clean water, light a few scented candles and get in. That’s when you turn on the jets and the black stuff comes. This black nasty scum, gets all over your body. You instantly jump out of the tube and make a world record dash for the shower. You never use the Jacuzzi tub again. Well their you have it, the glamour bathroom Jacuzzi tube exposed. Thank you this is Marko Vovk from <a href="http://

Aluminum Clad, Vinyl Clad, Window Deterioration THE TRUTH Pella Andersen

Video explains how aluminum clad and vinyl clad casement, awing, double hung, and single hung windows and slicing exterior doors deteriorate. The video shows four different ways these windows and doors fail. These windows and doors can deteriorate from, poor design, poor manufacturing, poor installation, and high indoor humidity. These windows and doors have an aluminum and vinyl exterior adhered window skin. This exterior window skin acts like an exterior vapor barrier which traps moisture and does not permit the drying to the exterior. When it is cold outside, which occurs in cold weather climate zones, which is roughly 60% of the USA, a dew point forms on the interior side of the vinyl and aluminum skin resulting in condensation, rot, deterioration and failure. Homes with moisture generators such as ventless heaters, poor dryer vents, furnace humidifiers, vented crawl spaces, foundation leaks, and sump pumps that do not have 100% sealed lids create high indoor humidity which augments and accelerated the deterioration process of these types of windows. . The video will teach the observer about building science, vapor diffusion, high indoor humidity, high indoor vapor pressure, condensation and residential window forensics. Additionally, the video will show examples of Marvin, Pella, and Andersen and other manufacturer windows that are experiencing window failure problems, homeowner complaints and class action lawsuits. Four Little Ants

If your home has leaks, wet areas, or high indoor humidity, carpenter ants can thrive. If you see carpenter ants in your home soon after the winter snowmelts, you may have a carpenter ant colony. Go to the basement and look at joists under the entrance doors, windows, or porches. Many times these areas have small leaks. You may have to pull back the insulation to look. If you find a small pile of sawdust, look at it carefully. If you see black, shinny specs mixed in with sawdust, carpenter ants are nearby. The main carpenter ant colony, which usually is in a tree or buried tree stump, can have many small satellite colonies of which several can be in your home. If you see flying insects with curved bodies that have two different sized wings, and two curved antenna, you have carpenter ant reproductive trying to find a new moist area in your home to start a new satellite colony. If you see many small translucent wings that are two different sizes in window wells, sills, or floors, in your house may be whispering to you and it is time to call the bug man.
