DesJohn Austin (Jack) Victoreen (July 4, 1902 – May 5, 1986) was a self-taught physicist, engineer, inventor and otologist. He founded the Victoreen Instrument Company and was the author of two books, various technical papers on radiation and sound waves, and holder of over 30 patents. He developed other radiation measurement devices and his company provided 95% of the instrumentation for the Bikini atomic tests after World War II. His company was considered to be the first nuclear company. Today the building is abandoned and polluted. Please watch part II for the story and conspiracy.

Abandoned Medusa Cement Company

Medusa Cement Company was the oldest and was the biggest cement company in the USA. America does not need as much cement due to population decrease from boomers dying, people not having babies, females being sterilized, and Planned Parenthood abortions that kill 350,000 fetus per year. USA has had 50,000 million abortions since 1970. These dead babies do not need driveways.

Abandoned Bridge

Abandoned Bridge in Cleveland Ohio explored by Urban Explorers. The Jefferson Avenue Bridge was built in 1905. The steel truss bridge once spanned and crossed the Cuyahoga River which had a lift bridge with a Cowing Roller Bascule Bridge design. The Jefferson St. Bridge was Temporary Closed in 1957 after it was hit by a freighter. In 1958 bids were taken to make repairs. The repair cost of $3,000,000 was too high and the bridge was abandoned. Today, the bridge is severely overgrown with bushes and trees, and the railings are falling off the few spans that are still left.

Urban Exploration Paper Mill, Trenton Ohio, Excello Lock

Urban Exploration: Paper Mill, Trenton Ohio, Excello Lock
In Trenton Ohio you can find an abandoned paper mill. This area is also known as Excello which is an unincorporated community in central Lemon Township, Butler County, Ohio. Additionally, this was the famous site of “The Excello Lock” which now protected by the Miami Conservancy. Next door to this lock, and who also used this lock to bring in raw materials was the Harding Paper Company which is now listed with the National Register of Historic Places.
A.E. Harding, founder of the Harding Paper Company, was born in England in 1829 to a family of papermakers. In 1865, Harding and his associates founded the Harding, Erwin & Company and constructed the first paper mill west of the Allegheny Mountains that manufactured fine writing paper… Initially, this mill had a capacity of 2,500 pounds of paper daily. By the 1970s, and a few ownership changes, the Harding-Jones Paper Company mill had a capacity of 44,000 pounds of paper per day. The plant was acquired by the Simpson Paper Company in 1983 and closed on April 30, 1990.
Ok, now that we have completed our history lesson we need to get in. We usually start out by knocking on the front door. Well, the door was open and nobody was home.

Urban Exploring Abandoned Rayon Corporation Painseville Ohio

Urban Exploring Abandoned Rayon Corporation Painseville Ohio
Industrial Rayon Corporation (IRC) in Cleveland and in Painseville Ohio manufactured rayon yarn. Rayon was the world’s first synthetic fiber, which found use in items ranging from undergarments in WWII to tires all over the world. Rayon production using continuous spinning process at the West Boulevard plant (Cleveland Ohio) and the Painesville plant reached vey high levels during WWII. The company slowed down during the the Depression, during some labor strikes and environmental complaints, and in post-war years demand for rayon became low.

Industrial Rayon Corporation was incorporated on July 20, 1925 and since its merger with Midland-Ross the name of Industrial Rayon Division of Midland-Ross Corporation was used. During the a ten year period of 1951 to 1961, Industrial Rayon’s production manufacture rayon cord for the manufacture of car tires for and the rayon yarn for clothes.

The introduction of nylon and other synthetic tire cords during the early 1950’s slowed down the Rayon production. In 1980 the Painseville plant shut down.

In the video a man was interviewed. We believe that he may have been talking about the Diamond Shamrock site down the street. We were told that Tiger Woods bought the contaminated land down the street (Old Diamond Shamrock site) for a future golf coarse. Well we all know what happened to Tiger.

Some disclaimers
When we visitied the site, we entered throught the front gate in a car.
The bat was added. Yes we did see a few bats.
The groundhog was added. Yes we did see a groundhog.
The deer was added. OK, so I am streaching this one. I only saw deep prints.

Interview with OCCUPY drunk homeless man

One FHA and VA home inspector and one HUD and FEMA investigator inspect a vacant, condemned, bank owned, foreclosed home for defects, mold, deterioration, electrical, plumbing heating, HVAC, mechanical, structural, roofing and for other building constituents. After they break in, they find a dangerous employee who is a homeless bum who states he just got a job from “The Bank of America” and his job is to be a house sitter. He is a drunk, dug addict, alcoholic, dirty old man who likes his vodka, porn and prostitutes. The ADHD disgruntle retired postal governmental agent who dreams of being a navy seal, bribes the inspectors into paying a royalty fee to vacate the home. This is one skit from one of our “Jim and Marko Show” classes. ”
