Hot Tub Jacuzzi Problem Problems

Hot Tub Jacuzzi problem problems. Hello, this is Marko Vovk from <a href="http://
www.houseinvetigaions.com.” >www.houseinvetigaions.com.
The biggest kept secret in glammer bathrooms is the floatable black particulate scum that comes out of the Jacuzzi tub jests when they are turned on. This nasty condition probably exists with 75 % of all the Jacuzzi or whirl pool tub.. When you drain the Jacuzzi or whirlpool tub, some water usually gets trapped inside the plumbing jets. This trapped water is dirty with body skin, hair, mucus, saliva, body sweat, and much more. These containments are actually nutrients for the Jacuzzi Snots and Jacuzzi Boogers to thrive, grow and amplify inside the jet plumbing pipes. Then you fill up the tub up with nice warm clean water, light a few scented candles and get in. That’s when you turn on the jets and the black stuff comes. This black nasty scum, gets all over your body. You instantly jump out of the tube and make a world record dash for the shower. You never use the Jacuzzi tub again. Well their you have it, the glamour bathroom Jacuzzi tube exposed. Thank you this is Marko Vovk from <a href="http://

Cleveland Lead Clearance Exterior Testing How to PASS

If you want to pass the exterior ” Lead Paint Clearance Test” you will have to first pass the “Visual Exterior Lead Paint Clearance Test. A licensed lead paint assessor will inspect the entire exterior property prior to performing any lead dust, soil or chip test. All bare soil must be covered, with grass, mulch, stone, ivy, ground cover , concrete or asphalt. If the inspector sees exposed soil or paint chips on the ground anywhere, the “Exterior Lead Clearance Test” will fail. If the homeowner or landlord argues that the exposed soil does not have lead content, then the lead paint assessor will take one laboratory sample per location. For example, he may take one sample at each exterior side of the home and one additional sample at a play area if bar soil exists. However, if the exterior and grounds have grass, concrete, mulch or other cover, and no bare soil is seen, the assessor passes the visual inspection and no soil samples are taken for laboratory analysis. The assessor will also visually look the back yard, play area, shed area and garage area. If the neighbors garage has peeling paint chips that may be falling onto the property being expected, a visual failure may occur. The entire exterior of the house is inspected All siding, trim, soffits, gutters, windows, overhands, porches, decks patios, rails, lamp posts, garage, shed, painted swing sets, fences and other exterior components must not have peeling, failing or deteriorated paint. If any paint is peeling anywhere on the entire exterior of the home or property, the visual inspection will fail. When the visual inspection of the entire exterior of the home passes, the assessor will take a few dust wipe tests that will be sent to the laboratory for analysis. The assessor will decide the number of tests needed and where to take the tests. This particular home was a section 8 home that was cited for peeling paint on the front porch concrete floor and for peeling paint on the back concrete steps. These were the two locations that were dust test sampled. The homeowner was smart and installed indoor and outdoor carpet over the entire front porch and back steps. We tested the front entrance new carpet area because this is the area where people enter the home and can potentially track in lead dust on their shoes. We also tested the back steps because this is also an area where people track in lead dust. The assessor also added a blank test and purposely mixed up two bottles for quality control purposes. When the laboratory results are obtained, the assessor will generate a passing or failing report. Thank you, this is Marko Vovk from <a href="http://

Cleveland Tenant Eviction Plus Ghost seen at 2:15 WOW

In Cleveland, if the tenant does not move out by the court ordered move out date, you need to physically remove them and their belongings from your property. You pay the Cleveland municipal court system a fee so they can send out the sheriff and bailiff to enter the building and physically remove the tenant and their belongings. The landlord must be present to unlock the door or in many cases, kick in the tenant’s door. The sheriff enters the unit and tells the tenant to get out. After the sheriff inspects the unit, he will walk to the front of the building where the move out crew is waiting for his instructions. In Cleveland Ohio, you must hire a professional moving crew that is registered with the city. In Cleveland, a registered move out crew needs to carry 1 million in insurance. You must call the city certified movers and arrange the move out date and fee. Move out fees can be as low as $100 and as high as $1000. After being granted permission by the authority, the professional movers start to remove all the belongings form the house. They make an effort not to break anything during this process. They carry and drag everything to the curb located in the front of the building. After everything including items from kitchen shelves are moved out, the landlord can change the locks or board up the unit. Once the belongs are on the street curb, the tenant or anybody that happens to be passing by can take the items. If garbage collection day is not on the following day, the landlord must remove the items from the curb and put them in storage till the scheduled garbage day. If not, the landlord will receive a ticket or fine for taking the garbage out too early. You need to time your forced move out with your garbage collection day. What happens many times, is that the city inspectors drive by and give homeowners or landlords tickets for taking the garbage out early. These tickets can range from $125 to $300. You can get daily or multiple tickets. In this case, we were lucky that we were still at the home to let the city inspector know that this was an eviction. Do not expect a city employee to know about all forced evictions. This eviction cost $350 for the lawyer and courts, $200 for the moving company, $4000 for property damaged by the tenant, and $6000 in lost rent. Being a landlord in Cleveland can be very expensive. “Henry the HVAC Man” shows how to properly cleans the HVAC blower

Marko Vovk and Henry Sterling show you how to properly clean a draft induced furnace blower, motor, and circuit board. The blower or sometimes referred to as squirrels cage is removed from the furnace blower compartment. The blower is taken to the exterior to be washed and cleaned. After cleaning, the furnace is fired up, tested, and a combustion analysis is performed. Dust permits excessive heat, pressure drop, and friction, all of which can damage the furnace. Compressed nitrogen is used to blow dust off the motor and circuit board. Soap and water are used to clean the blower or squirrel cage. Stupid SECTION 8 Tenant

Stupid Section 8 Tenant. Once upon a time there was a governmental assisted tenant that would regularly lose her keys to her second floor rental apartment. The landlord and building owner would always have to change the security locks and give her a new set of keys. After the forth lock change, this Metro tenant lost the keys again. This time the landlord was working out of town and not available to rescue her. These brilliant women decided to climb up to the second floor and enter into her unit through an open window that existed between the two buildings. She saw these ground elevation objects she call big round glass things that were attached to the side of the home. She climbed up these big round glass things and then she saw what she called black hanging ropes that were attached to both buildings. She grabs these black ropes and climb up on them. She said these ropes felt strong and she figured she could slide her feet along the ropes and brace her hands on the two buildings that were only three feet apart. During her bare foot sliding journey, one of the black ropes had a small spot that had shinny silver wire sticking out. When she bar foot touched the shinny silver wire and when her hands touched the metal window trim, she was electrocuted and fell to the ground breaking both her legs. She healed and later reproduced. THE END.

Aluminum Clad, Vinyl Clad, Window Deterioration THE TRUTH Pella Andersen

Video explains how aluminum clad and vinyl clad casement, awing, double hung, and single hung windows and slicing exterior doors deteriorate. The video shows four different ways these windows and doors fail. These windows and doors can deteriorate from, poor design, poor manufacturing, poor installation, and high indoor humidity. These windows and doors have an aluminum and vinyl exterior adhered window skin. This exterior window skin acts like an exterior vapor barrier which traps moisture and does not permit the drying to the exterior. When it is cold outside, which occurs in cold weather climate zones, which is roughly 60% of the USA, a dew point forms on the interior side of the vinyl and aluminum skin resulting in condensation, rot, deterioration and failure. Homes with moisture generators such as ventless heaters, poor dryer vents, furnace humidifiers, vented crawl spaces, foundation leaks, and sump pumps that do not have 100% sealed lids create high indoor humidity which augments and accelerated the deterioration process of these types of windows. . The video will teach the observer about building science, vapor diffusion, high indoor humidity, high indoor vapor pressure, condensation and residential window forensics. Additionally, the video will show examples of Marvin, Pella, and Andersen and other manufacturer windows that are experiencing window failure problems, homeowner complaints and class action lawsuits.
